Single Lives Ezine, the weekly Nifty Thrifty edition
and/or any future editions sponsored and published
by the Single Lives Ezine.


As a double opt-in subscriber, you agree that you are
fully aware that you DO agree to ALL advertising sent
out in any or all of the above mentioned publications.


Neither The Single Lives Ezine nor any associated business
partners make any warranties, express or implied, as to
the results or validity of any offers presented. We are an
advertising group of publications and as such, we do send
out paid and free ads, including single Solo Ads. You remain
free to delete any such mailing that doesn't interest you,
without losing our ezine benefits. It is not necessary to
unsubscribe.


Neither the Single Lives Ezine NOR any business associated
with it, shall be liable to any third party claims, under any
circumstances. No party shall be liable to any other party
or any third party claims or losses of any nature, including
loss of income, loss of profits, punitive damages, consequential
damages, assertations or omissions.


We reserve the right to remove any listing and/or any
subscriber or advertisement from our ezines. We will
not be held liable for any circumstances or events or
costs that are beyond our control. We also reserve
the right to edit any and all ads, that are sent to us
for publication.


Conditions of Use


You are solely responsible for your subscription. You
will not harass, threaten, slander or embarrass any
person or associate of this ezine. You will not make
use of unlawful, harmful, vulgar, abusive or objectionable
language. You will not intentionally violate any laws as
a subscriber of this ezine.


You also agree that you will not upload or transmit ANY
content of this ezine without permission from me, your
publisher. You will have respect for all copyrighted material.
You assume the responsibility to evaluate and take on
the risk, that may be associated with written material in
